System Engineer Service Provider/Enterprise

• Serve as the main technical point of contact to an assigned Service Provider account
• Build and strengthen customer relationships utilizing the brink technology to achieve long-term partnerships
• Prepare customized demonstrations after identifying customer requirements
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans in order to EXPAND the business
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell. to clients

• Spend 3 full-working days each week at the customer site and gather detailed technical requirements
• Meet regularly with other customer team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
• Support Account Manager in all the tasks relating to customer account
• Prepare and execute customer Proof of Concept with customer technical teams
• Become a trusted advisor to customer regarding technology matters

• Native Arabic speaker
• Fresh Graduate with technical degree or professional experience in a systems engineering
• Public Cloud / Hyperscale understanding is a plus
• LAN WAN Networking, Security knowledge a plus
• Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Arabic
